Raul is the CEO and founder of FylaxCyber, he has more than 26 years of experience in the security space. His focus for the company is to assist customers with transforming their digital environment in a holistic way that enables them to identify and address risks early, deploy IT resources efficiently, and protect environments and data prudently.

Raul is a retired Navy Senior Chief Cryptologist and has also held positions as a Senior Systems Engineer and Senior Principal Cyber Engineer. He has extensive experience in emerging technologies that have directly contributed to evolving our military capabilities. 

Raul holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership from University of San Diego. 

Mariliz Mendoza serves as FylaxCyber Chief Financial Officer, oversees the company’s daily operations, financial goals and objectives. Mariliz plays a key role in the early growth and expansion of FylaxCyber.

As a former federal employee, Mariliz has almost 10 years of experience in the technology transfer industry both in the government and commercial sector. Mariliz made significant contributions to medical and technical research collaboration and agreement negotiations of behalf of the Department of Defense. Mariliz is well versed in research agreements such as Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Education Partnership Agreement (EPA) and other agreements used in collaboration with the federal government.

Mariliz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, Manoa.

Winona serves as a Senior Principal Cybersecurity Engineer with FylaxCyber. She has over 20 years experience in analyzing, identifying, and mitigating cyber threats and vulnerabilities on Department of Defense (DoD) information systems. She is a retired Navy Chief Cryptologist and has also held positions as a Senior Systems Security Engineer and Senior Network Engineer.
 

Winona holds a Master's Degree in Cybersecurity Operations and Leadership from University of San Diego and Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security.
